Book A Crash Pad

To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you agree to the following rules before using The Crash Pad:

• Check-In/Out Times: Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 9:00 AM unless prior arrangements are made.
   
• Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of sleeping guests.
   

• Clean Up After Yourself: Please clean dishes, wipe counters, and tidy shared spaces after use.
   
• Laundry & Towels: One towel set is provided. Please place used linens in the laundry bin before checkout.
   
• Personal Belongings: Keep your items organized and remove all personal belongings when you leave.
   

• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking is not allowed indoors or within 25 feet of the building.
   
• No Alcohol or Drugs: The Crash Pad is an alcohol-free, drug-free environment.
   
• No Parties or Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. No visitors without prior approval.
   

• Be Courteous: Treat fellow guests, staff, and the property with kindness and respect.
   
• Report Issues Promptly: If something breaks, leaks, or seems off, let us know so we can fix it quickly.
   
• Security: Lock doors when leaving and avoid propping open exterior doors.
   

• At Your Own Risk: While we strive for safety and comfort, The Crash Pad is used at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
   
• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests who do not comply with these rules.
